Today we celebrate the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity. We pause to contemplate the inner life of our God – a life of intimate, loving communion between the Father, Son, and Spirit.  The great mystery of the Trinity underscores once again that God is love, that God loves us beyond measure, and that we are invited to enter into that love and become one with God.  And to be one with God is to be one with each other – to love each other, to serve each other, to care for each other.

Today we thank God for drawing us to Him, we accept God’s invitation to enter into the love of the Trinity, and  we ask God to give us the grace to grow in love, communion, and solidarity with each other.

“You, O eternal Trinity, are a deep ocean into which the more I penetrate, the more I discover, and the more I discover, the more I seek you.” – Saint Catherine Sienna
