Today we celebrate Mary and her Immaculate Conception. How happy it must make our Lord when we celebrate His Mother and accept her as our own Mother. And how blessed are we when in all humility we echo Mary’s “yes” to God, placing our trust and hope in Him. And how special are we chosen by God – just like Mary – to help to bring Christ into our world and make God’s love manifest by way of our loving actions and service to each other.
